M&M has been providing IT maintenance and support to Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce since 2007. The company is an active member of the Chamber and is represented on our Board, as well as being Chamber patrons.
The M&M team is extremely responsive to our day-to-day needs and provide highly valued, reliable IT support, which is just a phone call away.
In addition to the IT maintenance role that they perform, M&M has supported us with various projects, from installing new servers in 2007, moving the emails to Microsoft office 365, implementing Sharepoint, furnishing new premises and providing consultancy in implementing/updating IT policies and procedures.
Recently M&M provided invaluable consultancy support during the selection process and installation of the Chamber’s new telephone system, advising in particular on technical issues and the systems that best complemented our IT systems.
